Shipping

In most cases, domestic shipping is by UPS Ground.
Figure 7 - 10 days to the East Coast, less if you're closer to CA.
Items are shipped within 7 days, usually much sooner, upon receipt of order.
(These times will increase during the holidays)
The tracking number(s) will be emailed to you
and you can then monitor the progress of your shipment(s) online.

International shipping is by USPS.

Damage

Items are packed safely and securely. In the unlikely event you receive
a damaged shipment, retain item and all packing materials.
Notify
The shipper will return to pick up the package and
you will be promptly refunded. You don't wait for the claim to be settled/
