Kaiser is the famous German porcelain firm founded in 1872.
This is #5 of a series of 6 wildlife motifs with artwork that Kaiser commissioned from the internationally renowned German hunter and wildlife artist
Hannes Liederley (b. 1912, d. 1999).
This one is of "Rauschzeit". The artwork is very beautiful and graceful and wraps around the entire stein body in a near 360-degree panorama. The metal in the stein is pewter.
