Hi Joe! My mirror came in today and I took it straight to my mom’s house (her birthday is this weekend and it was a gift for her)
and she was nearly in tears when she opened it! She was so over the moon to have gotten a new one and I just had to reach out and thank you for having one and your speedy shipping and secure, protective packaging!!
She had one when she was a teenager and it got broken a few years ago and she’s been so upset about it since as it was a gift from her mother who has since passed.

I received the Newcastle neon sign this morning and it was just as you described
in excellent condition and working great. The packing was impressive to say the least.
I think it could have survived a drop off a three story building
(the engineering students do that with an egg to test out their innovative safety designs).
